Leandros brings over 30 years of engineering experience to Viinplan. Born in England and educated in Mechanical Engineering in Boston, USA, he founded Unison Engineering and Consultants GmbH in 1994. Since then, he has managed large projects in the chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and energy sectors. Having lived and worked in Europe, the United States, and South America, he has led major industrial design and execution projects worldwide.
For the past 25 years, Leandros has focused on connecting traditional engineering with modern reality capture technologies. His vision and leadership have driven the use of terrestrial laser scanning in plant workflows. This work laid the foundation for what Viinplan is today: a powerful platform built on real industry experience and proven applications.
Panos is an experienced software architect with almost 30 years of expertise in Software Engineering and broad international experience. He has lived and worked in Europe and the United States, spending much of his career building advanced algorithms and studying computational systems for governments and major companies.
As CIO of viin, Panos shapes the software strategy and guides the full development of Viinplan. His focus on performance, scalability, and system reliability ensures that Viinplan delivers enterprise-grade solutions built on both technical strength and real-world usability.
Flavio brings nearly 30 years of experience in building secure, high-performance enterprise systems. Originally from Italy, he is an expert in Java, PL/SQL, J2EE, and is a certified Oracle and DB2 administrator. He is well known for optimizing mission-critical solutions on IBM System Z mainframes.
At viin, Flavio leads the technical architecture and infrastructure of Viinplan. His deep knowledge of data security, system performance, and enterprise deployment models ensures the platform’s reliability and scalability in demanding industrial applications.
